    陈冲执《大班》开始的演出，使华人进入好莱坞主流成为了可能。JoanChen是一种鼓舞，一种激励，JoanChen是一个基本实现了的梦想。

    陈冲对一位来自中国的采访者说过：

    我相信人的愿望。有志者事竟成，这句话一点都不错。一个人只要敢于做梦，这个梦就一定会成真。这话说说容易做起来难。有的遇到失败便放弃了，说我已努力了。其实你如真的想要的话，就不会放弃，一定会做到的。

    我的最大愿望不是得奥斯卡奖或捧哪个国际电影节大奖，而是尽自己力量，做到自己最好的。我总问自己，有没有挖尽自己的潜力，不管当演员、做妻子或将来做母亲。如果我把自己一切都给予了，那我就心满意足了。
